Marie Carson, MHL, CLC, RN

Marie Carson has been a Registered Nurse since 1977, and over the course of her career, has worked in virtually every aspect of the health care industry in all types of medical offices.  This level of experience, combined with her degrees in Business Administration and Health Law and certifications as a legal nurse consultant and a forensic nurse specialist, qualify Ms. Carson to provide expert testimony in nearly any of case involving the health care or medical industry.  Ms. Carson is frequently invited to speak on a range of topics, including risk management techniques, medical malpractice issues, and general legal issues affecting the health care industry.
